Well, you’re in luck. We have several opportunities open to join the Product Development team at OneBridge Benefits!
You’ll serve a critical role in this team as it’s responsible for bringing new, innovative solutions to market. We achieve this together through the design and development of software, websites, applications, and databases that support our core services: Health benefits enrollment and administration.
With communication always top-of-mind, we cross-functionally collaborate in an agile environment—a necessary aspect of our jobs, as we’re often tasked with describing technology-driven items to non-technology members of the OneBridge team.

Authenticity is the secret to our success, which has allowed us to embrace change and suggestions from new team members with open ears, and constantly improve our process and output.
Our core team provides a mix of creativity, development knowledge, flexibility, and determination, and lives by the “work hard, play hard” mantra. While there are certainly demanding aspects of what we do, as our deliverables fully drive the solutions OneBridge offers, 5pm on Friday is typically met with cocktails and a few games of shuffleboard.
